bicep
Upper arm muscle
Bicep is the informal singular of biceps, treating the Latin plural form as if it were regular English.
The biceps is the large muscle at the front of the upper arm that flexes the elbow: He flexed his bicep for the camera.
Though technically biceps is already singular (one biceps, two biceps), bicep has become common in casual usage.
