bicep tear
Upper arm injury
A bicep tear is a rupture of the tendon or muscle fibers in the biceps, the large muscle at the front of the upper arm.
Tears range from partial to complete separation, often occurring where the tendon attaches at the shoulder or elbow.
They typically result from sudden force or heavy lifting: He felt a pop and knew immediately it was a bicep tear.
