aneurysmal
Relating to vessel bulges
Aneurysmal describes something relating to or resembling an aneurysm—an abnormal bulge in a blood vessel wall.
Doctors speak of aneurysmal dilation or aneurysmal rupture.
The word sometimes appears figuratively for anything swollen or ready to burst: The budget deficit had reached aneurysmal proportions.
