side bends
Waist-targeting oblique exercise
Side bends are an exercise in which you stand upright and lean your torso sideways, typically while holding a weight in one hand, to work the oblique muscles along the sides of the abdomen.
The movement alternates left and right: I do three sets of side bends to strengthen my core.
