handball
Squash without rackets
Handball refers to several ball games played by hitting a ball with the hand.
In one version, players strike a small rubber ball against a wall, popular in urban playgrounds and fitness clubs.
In another, teams pass and throw a ball trying to score in a goal—an Olympic sport.
In soccer, handball is a foul: touching the ball with the hand or arm.
The referee called handball in the penalty area.
