concessions

Yielded points, perhaps

Concessions are things yielded or granted, often reluctantly.

In negotiation, making concessions means giving ground: Both sides made concessions to reach a deal.

At stadiums and theaters, concessions are the snacks and drinks sold to patrons, or the stands selling them: The concessions at the arena are overpriced.

A concession can also be a right granted to operate a business within a larger property.
