blogosphere
Web journal community
The blogosphere is the collective world of blogs and bloggers, treated as a distinct community or ecosystem within the internet.
The term emerged in the early 2000s when blogs became a significant cultural force: The news spread rapidly through the blogosphere.
It carries a slightly dated feel now, as blogs have been largely absorbed into broader social media.
