Tumblr
Fandom blogging site
Tumblr is a social media platform for sharing short-form content—images, text posts, GIFs, and videos—organized around personal blogs that users follow and reblog from.
The site developed a distinctive culture of fandom communities, memes, and progressive politics.

The platform's userbase skews young and creative, with elaborate post chains and in-jokes that often spread to other platforms.
