wolfpack
Coordinated predator unit
A wolfpack is a group of wolves that hunt and live together.
The term extends to any coordinated group operating as a unit, especially in military contexts: German U-boats hunting in wolfpacks during World War II.
More loosely, wolfpack describes any gang or crew moving together with shared purpose: a wolfpack of fraternity brothers roaming the bars.
