swarm
Hive on move
A swarm is a large group of insects moving together, especially bees leaving a hive with a queen to establish a new colony.
The word extends to any dense, moving mass: a swarm of tourists, a swarm of drones.
To swarm is to move in such a mass, or for a place to be crowded with activity: The beach was swarming with people.
To swarm something is to climb it using arms and legs together: The sailors swarmed up the rigging.
