diameter
Radius times two
Diameter is the width of a circle or sphere measured through its center—the longest straight line that can be drawn across it.
More loosely, diameter refers to the width of anything roughly circular: a pipe with a six-inch diameter, the diameter of a tree trunk.
The word also names the line itself, not just its length.
