WGS84
Global positioning datum
WGS84 is the World Geodetic System established in 1984, the coordinate reference system used by GPS and most digital mapping.
It defines Earth's shape, size, and gravitational field, providing the mathematical framework for expressing any location on the planet as latitude and longitude.
When your phone shows your position, it's using WGS84 coordinates.
