azimuth
Degrees from north
Azimuth is the horizontal angle measured clockwise from north to a point on the horizon, used in navigation, astronomy, and surveying to specify direction.
A compass bearing is an azimuth.
The term extends to any angular measurement around a horizontal circle: Adjust the antenna's azimuth to pick up the satellite signal.
