lookout

Scenic observation point

A lookout is a person stationed to watch for danger or opportunity: The gang posted a lookout at the corner.

It also means the place from which watching is done—a tower, platform, or scenic overlook.

To be on the lookout for something is to watch for it actively.

As a warning, lookout! or look out! alerts someone to immediate danger.

That's your lookout means that's your concern, not mine.
