gas line
Stove supply pipe
A gas line is a pipe or system of pipes that carries natural gas or other fuel gases from a source to where they're used—furnaces, stoves, water heaters.
The contractor installed a new gas line to the kitchen.
Gas line also refers to the fuel line in a vehicle's engine.
In a different sense, a gas line is a queue of cars waiting at a filling station, memorable from the 1970s fuel crises: Gas lines stretched around the block.
