donate
Bestow without payment
To donate is to give something—usually money, blood, or goods—to a cause, organization, or person in need.
Unlike ordinary giving, donate implies generosity without expectation of return: She donated her old clothes to charity, He donates blood regularly.
The word often appears in formal or institutional contexts: Please donate to our campaign.
