endow

Fund an institution

To endow is to provide with a quality, ability, or asset.

Nature endows some people with unusual gifts: She was endowed with a beautiful singing voice.

The word also means to fund permanently, especially institutions: endow a university chair, endow a scholarship.

An endowment is both the act and the resulting fund.

Well-endowed is a common euphemism for having large breasts or, of men, a large penis.
