calisthenic
Exercise using gravity
Calisthenic describes exercises that use body weight for resistance rather than equipment—push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges.
The word comes from Greek roots meaning "beautiful strength." As a noun, calisthenics refers to such exercises collectively or a workout session featuring them: We started practice with twenty minutes of calisthenics.
