Saturn V

Tallest NASA rocket

Saturn V was the American rocket that carried astronauts to the Moon during NASA's Apollo program (1967–1973).

At 363 feet tall, it remains the most powerful rocket ever successfully flown.

The name follows NASA's convention of Roman numerals for rocket variants: The Saturn V launched all crewed lunar missions.
