Sega Saturn

Failed Sony rival

Sega Saturn was a video game console released by Sega in 1994, competing against the Sony PlayStation and Nintendo 64.

Despite strong arcade ports and a devoted following in Japan, it struggled in Western markets and is remembered as a commercial disappointment that preceded Sega's exit from hardware.

The Saturn version of that game is actually better than the PlayStation one.
