circuit training
Rotating workout stations
Circuit training is a workout method that cycles through a series of exercises with minimal rest between them, targeting different muscle groups in sequence: I do circuit training three times a week.
The circuit may be repeated multiple times.
The approach builds both strength and cardiovascular endurance by keeping the heart rate elevated throughout.
