DAB

Digital radio standard

The verb dab is a light, short, and perhaps unskillful touch, as when you dab the paint on or dab a stain with a sponge.

A small application of something is also called a dab: Use a small dab of toothpaste.

A dab is also an edible fish, and, informally, a small amount of something that is usually hard to quantify: Add a dab of sugar to the coffee.

If you are dab hand at something, you are good at it.
