Bedivere
Excalibur's final bearer
Bedivere is a knight of King Arthur's Round Table in Arthurian legend, most famous for returning Excalibur to the Lady of the Lake after Arthur's final battle.
In the traditional story, he twice fails to throw the sword into the water before finally obeying the dying king's command.
He is typically portrayed as one of Arthur's oldest and most loyal companions.
