fairies
Tiny magical beings
Fairies are small supernatural beings of folklore, typically depicted with wings and magical powers.
They inhabit an enchanted realm parallel to ours, appearing in countless stories as mischievous, helpful, or dangerous creatures: fairy tales, fairy godmother, tooth fairy.
Fairy is also a derogatory term for a gay man, now largely dated but still offensive when used by outsiders.
