Arthurian legends
Round Table mythology
Arthurian legends are the body of medieval tales surrounding King Arthur, a legendary British ruler, and his Knights of the Round Table.
The stories feature Camelot, Excalibur, Merlin, Lancelot, Guinevere, and the quest for the Holy Grail.
Though rooted in medieval romance, Arthurian material continues to inspire literature, film, and popular culture: an Arthurian retelling, Arthurian themes of chivalry and betrayal.
