yachtswomen
Women who sail
Yachtswomen is the plural of yachtswoman, a woman who sails or races yachts.
The term parallels yachtsman but specifies female participants in sailing, whether recreational or competitive.
Three yachtswomen from the club qualified for the national regatta.
Like other gendered occupational terms, it remains in use though some prefer the gender-neutral yachters or simply sailors.
