wall sits
Invisible chair exercise
Wall sits are a strength exercise where you hold a seated position against a wall with no chair beneath you.
Your back presses flat against the wall, thighs parallel to the floor, knees bent at ninety degrees.
The exercise builds leg endurance through sustained isometric contraction: Hold the wall sit for sixty seconds.
