jumping lunges
Airborne leg switches
Jumping lunges are a plyometric exercise combining the standard lunge with an explosive jump.
From a lunge position, you spring upward and switch leg positions mid-air, landing with the opposite foot forward.
The movement builds lower-body power, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance: My trainer added jumping lunges to really burn out my quads.
