verbalizer
One who talks
A verbalizer is someone who puts thoughts or feelings into words.
In psychology, people are often classified as verbalizers or visualizers based on whether they process information primarily through language or mental imagery.
The term can also mean someone who talks a lot without necessarily acting: He's more of a verbalizer than a doer.
