tricep dip

Bench push-down movement

A tricep dip is a bodyweight exercise targeting the muscles at the back of the upper arm.

The movement involves lowering and raising the body by bending the elbows while gripping a bench, chair, or parallel bars: I do tricep dips at the end of my arm workout.

Also called a bench dip when performed using a bench for support.
