Large filled pasta
Tortelloni are large ring-shaped pasta, folded and pinched to form a distinctive navel or hat shape.
They are the bigger sibling of tortellini, typically stuffed with cheese, spinach, or meat fillings: The tortelloni came in a light butter and sage sauce.
Like other filled pastas, they're served in broth or with sauce rather than baked.
