stenosed
Pathologically made tighter
Stenosed describes a body passage or opening that has become abnormally narrowed.
The term is medical: a stenosed artery has constricted, reducing blood flow; a stenosed heart valve doesn't open fully.
The condition itself is stenosis.
The MRI revealed a severely stenosed spinal canal.
