Minimal powered plane
A microlight is a very small, lightweight aircraft, typically with one or two seats and a small engine.
The category includes both fixed-wing planes and powered hang gliders.
Regulations vary by country, but microlights generally fall below certain weight and speed limits that exempt them from standard aircraft certification: He learned to fly in a microlight before getting his pilot's license.
Also called ultralight, especially in American English.
