hydrant
Curbside water source
A hydrant is a connection point for drawing water from a main supply, typically a short post with valves and outlets found along streets for firefighters to attach hoses: The truck pulled up next to the hydrant.
Fire hydrant is the full term, though hydrant alone usually means the same thing.
Don't park in front of a hydrant.
