flooder
One who deluges
A flooder is someone or something that floods—whether literally, as in causing water to overflow, or figuratively, as in overwhelming a space with content.
In online contexts, a flooder deliberately sends excessive messages, requests, or data to disrupt a chat room, server, or network: The flooder crashed the server with thousands of requests.
The term carries connotations of deliberate excess.
