floodable
Able to overflow
Floodable describes something that can be flooded—either by design or vulnerability.
In naval architecture, floodable compartments can be intentionally filled with water for ballast or stability: The ship's floodable tanks help control its draft.
More generally, it describes areas susceptible to flooding: The basement is floodable during heavy rains.
