Brief behind-the-scenes piece
A featurette is a short documentary or promotional film, typically accompanying a feature film release.
Featurettes often appear as DVD bonus content, offering behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with cast and crew, or explorations of special effects: The Blu-ray includes several featurettes about the making of the film.
