doctors
They prescribe medicine
Doctors is the plural of doctor—physicians who diagnose and treat illness, or holders of doctoral degrees.
As a verb, doctors means to tamper with or alter something: Someone doctored the evidence.
It can also mean to provide medical treatment: She doctored her own wounds.
To doctor a drink is to add something to it, often secretly.
