cleavage
Where minerals separate
Cleavage is a division or split along natural lines.
In geology, minerals cleave along planes determined by their crystal structure.
In biology, cells divide through cleavage.
The word also refers to the visible division between a woman's breasts, especially as revealed by low-cut clothing: That dress shows a lot of cleavage.
More abstractly, cleavage describes any sharp division: the cleavage between political factions.
