neckline
Dress top border
A neckline is the edge of a garment at or near the neck, or the shape created by that edge: a plunging neckline, a modest neckline.
Necklines are described by their shape or depth—scoop, V-neck, crew, sweetheart, boat neck.
The term also refers to the boundary where hair growth ends at the back of the neck.
