circuitry
Chip's internal network
Circuitry is the system of electrical circuits in a device or machine, or the components that make up such circuits: The phone's circuitry was damaged by water.
The term extends figuratively to any complex network of pathways or connections: the circuitry of the brain, the circuitry of political influence.
