Seals bathroom joints

A caulker is a person who caulks—sealing seams and joints in ships, buildings, or other structures to make them watertight.

The term also applies to the tool or gun used to apply caulking compound: He loaded a fresh tube into the caulker.

In older slang, a caulker was something striking or remarkable.
