PS

Note after signature

PS is the formal rendering of the postscript abbreviation, typically followed by a colon: PS: Please bring the documents.

Some style guides prefer this capitalized form, especially in business correspondence.

PS can also abbreviate other terms in specific contexts—PlayStation in gaming, Photoshop in design, public school in education, or power steering in automotive contexts. (Lowercase ps is the casual form of postscript.)
