codicil

Addendum for wills

A codicil is a supplement or addition to a will, modifying or revoking specific provisions without replacing the entire document: She added a codicil leaving her jewelry to her niece.

More broadly, codicil can mean any appendix or addendum, though this use is rare outside legal contexts.
