Holy Family
Nazareth's divine household
The Holy Family refers specifically to Jesus Christ, the Virgin Mary, and Saint Joseph in Christian tradition.
The term appears frequently in religious art, prayers, and church dedications: a painting of the Holy Family, the Feast of the Holy Family.
Catholic and Orthodox churches celebrate them as the model of domestic virtue and sanctity. (Lowercase holy family is a generic term for any sacred household.)
