Aleutian
North Pacific islander
Aleutian refers to the Aleutian Islands, a chain of volcanic islands extending westward from Alaska toward Russia, or to the Indigenous people native to those islands.
The Aleutians mark the boundary between the Pacific Ocean and the Bering Sea.
As an adjective, it describes things related to this region: Aleutian wildlife, Aleutian culture.
The native people are more precisely called Unangan or Aleut.
