Thought is mental activity—the process of thinking or what results from it.
A thought is an idea, notion, or reflection: I had a thought about your proposal.
Thought also means consideration: Give it some thought.
The plural thoughts often means opinions: What are your thoughts on this?
Thought can suggest intention: I had no thought of offending you.
