Tagliolini is a thin ribbon pasta from Italian cuisine, narrower than tagliatelle but similarly flat.
The delicate strands pair well with light sauces—butter, cream, or broth-based preparations that won't overwhelm them: tagliolini with truffles, tagliolini in brodo.
