Flat pasta rectangles
Lasagna sheets are flat, wide rectangles of pasta used to build layered lasagna dishes.
They're stacked with meat, cheese, and sauce between each layer, then baked.
Some come dried and require boiling first; others are fresh or labeled "no-boil" for direct assembly: I layered the lasagna sheets with ricotta and bolognese.
