streamer
Flowing paper decoration
A streamer is a long, narrow strip of material—paper, ribbon, or fabric—that flows or flutters decoratively: Party streamers hung from the ceiling.
The word extends to anything ribbon-like that streams: a streamer of smoke, a banner headline.
In contemporary use, a streamer is someone who broadcasts live video content online, especially gaming: She's a popular Twitch streamer.
